Our story began in Montréal, Canada, in 1986: Chemist Moty Cohen and his wife Liliane, began formulating science-proven hair care for salons and stylists around the world while raising their sons Ilan, Raphy, and Ronen, founding Oligo Professionel in 2004. Today Oligo’s origin story is our legacy.
As the new generation of Oligo leadership, we’re bringing the company’s 40 years of innovation from the salon to the masses, formulating hair care that transcends gender, colour, and texture. Professional-grade hair care is no longer reserved for the few. This is hair care for all.
Researched and developed in-house
It’s not every brand that researches and develops their products in-house. But we’re not every brand. From the beginning, our Montréal headquarters has housed our own chemistry lab and manufacturing facility to formulate, test, and produce every Oligo product from concept to customer.
