Shipping:

Free standard shipping is available across Canada and Continental USA* on orders of $50 or more before taxes and after discounts.

Your estimated delivery date will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. This timeframe includes the time needed to process your order, prepare it for shipment, and deliver it to your door.

Exclusions: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO, Nunavut, Yukon, Northwest Territories.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey to you. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Return Policy:

We want you to love your Blacklight Blonde Science experience as much as we loved creating it. If something isn’t exactly what you expected, we’re here to help.

Full-size products purchased on our website can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

To start a return or exchange, simply contact our customer care team at info@blacklightblondescience.com and include your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the request.

Return conditions:
• Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

To ensure fairness for all customers, we track return activity and reserve the right to decline returns if the policy is misused or abused.
